Product Delivery Timeframes
In simple language for normal people…
Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
Access within a few minutes in most cases. When you purchase a digital product, you should receive access shortly after your payment is processed. You’ll get an email with your login details, download links, or access instructions.
Occasional delays. Sometimes technology can be tricky – spam filters might block our emails, or other technical hiccups might occur. If you don’t receive your access details within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll get you sorted out within 24 hours.
Fixed-Term Memberships (Annual, Multi-Month, Extended Terms)
Access within a few minutes of purchase. When you purchase a fixed-term membership (6 months, 12 months, 2 years, etc.), your membership will be set up and you’ll receive an email with your login credentials within a few minutes of your payment being processed.
Access for the full term. Once activated, your membership remains active for the entire period you purchased, giving you uninterrupted access to all membership benefits until the expiry date.
No automatic renewal. These memberships don’t auto-renew. We’ll contact you before your membership expires to see if you’d like to renew, but there’s no obligation.
Monthly Memberships (Recurring Subscriptions)
Access within a few minutes of sign-up. Your monthly membership will be set up within a few minutes of your payment being processed, and you’ll receive your login credentials via email.
Ongoing access while active. As long as your monthly membership remains active and payments are current, you’ll have continuous access to all membership benefits.
Access continues until cancellation. If you cancel your monthly membership, you’ll retain access until the end of your current paid period. After that, your access will end and no further payments will be charged.
Technical Issues & Support
f you experience any problems accessing your products or memberships:
- Check your spam/junk folder – our emails sometimes end up there
- Check your payment went through – confirm the charge appears on your card/PayPal
- Contact our support team – we’re here to help! Use the Fun Music Company Helpdesk and we’ll resolve any access issues within 24 hours
Email Delivery Issues
Our access emails are sent automatically, but sometimes they don’t arrive due to:
- Spam filters blocking them
- Incorrect email address entered at checkout
- Email provider security settings
- Technical issues with email servers
If this happens to you: Don’t worry! Just contact our Customer Service team with your order details, and we’ll manually issue your access credentials and get you up and running quickly.
