School & Department Purchase Terms

In simple language: Schools and departments can order by purchase order or credit card. Purchase order invoices are due within 14 days. A school/department purchase order gives access to multiple staff at that school for 12 months from the order date. Everything else in our standard Terms of Service also applies — copyright, acceptable use, liability, and governing law.

More detail:

Payment terms: Purchase order invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The Fun Music Company reserves the right to suspend access to unpaid accounts until payment is received.

Access granted: A school or department purchase order provides access to the curriculum for staff at that school site, for a period of 12 months from the date of order. Access does not automatically renew — a new purchase order is required for continued access beyond the 12-month period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance & liability: The Fun Music Company holds current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, with certificates available on our School and Government Supplier Information page. All other terms, including copyright and content usage, are governed by our full Terms of Service.
