Digital products sold directly from The Fun Music Company Pty Ltd are covered by a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. Should the customer wish to cancel or change their mind about a product purchase the customer may email customer service at the Fun Music Company, or lodge a ticket at the helpdesk on this website within 30 days from the date of sale, and they will be provided with a refund.
The cancellation of a digital product can be done at any time within the 30 day period after a sale. The Fun Music Company reserves the right to de-activate any passwords and software associated with the customer’s purchase after the money has been refunded. The full amount of the sale will be refunded, via the credit card or Paypal account that the customer used for the sale.
Fixed-Term Memberships (Annual, Multi-Month, or Extended Term Access)

Fixed-term memberships provide access to specified services for a predetermined period (such as 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, or other promotional terms) and are purchased as a one-off transaction, not a recurring subscription.
Term and Renewal
Fixed-term memberships:
- Provide access for the specific term stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, 15 months including promotional periods, 24 months, etc.)
- Do NOT automatically renew at the end of the membership period
- Expire at the end of the stated term unless the customer chooses to purchase a new membership
- The Fun Music Company may contact customers before expiry to offer renewal options, but there is no obligation to renew
Refund Policy for Fixed-Term Memberships
Fixed-term memberships are covered by the same 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee as one-off digital products. Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are unhappy for any reason. If a refund is issued digital access will be revoked on the date of the refund.
After the 30 day guarantee period:
- No refunds are provided for unused time remaining on a fixed-term membership
- The customer retains full access to the membership benefits for the entire period they purchased
- Early cancellation or non-use does not entitle the customer to a pro-rata refund
Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If we fail to provide services with due care and skill, fit for their intended purpose, or within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a remedy including refund for services not received.
Monthly Memberships & Subscriptions

Monthly memberships and subscription services offered by The Fun Music Company Pty Ltd operate on a recurring payment basis and are subject to different terms than one-off product purchases.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their monthly membership at any time by:
- Using the cancellation link in the members area, or
- Contacting customer service via email or lodging a ticket at the helpdesk
Upon receiving a cancellation request, The Fun Music Company will:
- Process the cancellation immediately
- Stop all future recurring payments
- Confirm the cancellation in writing to the customer
Cancelled memberships will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
No Refunds for Part-Used or Past Months
Monthly membership fees are charged in advance for access to services during that billing period. Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a monthly membership
- Part-used months (where the customer had access to the service for any portion of the billing period)
- Past months where the service was provided and accessible to the customer
- Periods where the customer did not actively use the service but had full access available
Exceptional Circumstances
The Fun Music Company may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds for monthly membership fees in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The Fun Music Company’s failure to provide the subscribed service due to technical issues, business closure, or other reasons within our control
- Documented medical emergencies or serious hardship (supporting documentation may be required)
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Other circumstances deemed exceptional by The Fun Music Company management
Consumer Guarantees

Clear Disclosure
