1) Subscription is not automatic via this system – our customer service team has to manually set up your subscription. Therefore, please email our customer service team via our helpdesk if you have not received your login details within 24 hours.

2) If you wish to cancel, you will need to cancel your recurring payment yourself using the paypal website. Simply log into your account, click on “settings” and “Manage automatic payments”. If you cancel please be aware that associated services will cancel on your next anniversary of purchase date.
