When you download many of our packages, they come in a ‘zip’ file.

A zip file is simply a compressed folder of files.

Most computers will extract zip files by double clicking them. This is a part of both the Windows and Mac operating systems.

If you are on a very old computer, it is possible that you may need extra software to extract the zip files, and if so we recommend doing your own search on google for ‘zip file extracting software’ and you will find lots of options. You should be able to get one for FREE
