The business is led by co-directors Janice Tuck (Creative Director, former classroom music teacher) and Kevin Tuck (Operations Manager, professional percussionist with Musica Viva, with a history of over 2,000 school performances). The Fun Music Company has served more than 12,000 teachers across 149 countries with curriculum-aligned, ready-to-use music lesson content. Student data: The Fun Music Company does not collect, store or process any student or child data, in any form. All platform accounts are held exclusively by teachers — students never log in, never create a profile, and no student names or personal information are ever entered into or captured by our systems. The Fun Music Company provides teacher-led whiteboard and classroom resources only; there is no student-facing part of the platform.
The Fun Music Company’s Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It covers what personal information is collected (teacher account and payment details), how it’s used, how it may be disclosed given our international teacher base, and how to contact us or make a complaint.
7. Terms of Service / Supplier Agreement
The Fun Music Company’s Terms of Service govern use of our curriculum and platform, and apply to all account holders — individual teachers and institutional purchasers alike. Purchase orders placed by schools or departments are additionally covered by our School & Department Purchase Terms, which set out payment terms and the scope of access granted under an institutional order.
